Hey Stephen, What are your thoughts on African American Coaches in the NBA? It seems like a lot of them are on very short leashes and the young stars they coach seem to create major problems for them by holding their teams hostage with threats to bolt via force-able trade or free agency.
Everybody is waiting and sometimes calling for Terry Porter to be canned in Phoenix although he has an above .500 record. Amare held the team hostage a month ago, going public with his displeasure at personal statistics. This on the heels of Mike D'antoni proving the an offense first philosophy does not win titles in the NBA.
